Christopher M Jones through a collection of diverse photographs of mainly widebeam boats from the London area, about which little else is known
This varied collection of images was sent to NarrowBoat by Bob Ross and came from the collection of John Osborne, whose family had been involved with canal carrying. It has been difficult to find out much more about the photographs than what they actually portray. In addition to Chris Jones’ knowledge of the histories of the boats, Euan Corrie has offered additional details.
